Found your pro audio gear? Request a quote from us without obligation. Requesting a quote is very easy via our website. Add the relevant product to the shopping cart, leave your details and we will contact you for personal and appropriate advice, or just give us a call!

If the product you are looking for is not on our website, please let us know. Sometimes we have products that are still in our quality control process and are therefore not yet available online. Or, we can look for a specific product which you need as an audio professional via our international network.

All products that we offer on our website are readily available. We only advertise products that we have in stock ourselves.

How we deliver your product

When your order is complete and you want to have the product at your disposal as soon as possible, it is possible to pick up your pro audio gear in store yourself, or we will send it safely to your desired address.

In-store pickup

Picking up the product yourself is possible during our regular opening hours. Almost all products are immediately available. This means free same-day in-store pickup!

Our store is easy to reach, and there is always room in our spacious parking lot. You will also find a loading/unloading area with sufficient space for trucks.

Delivery & packaging

All orders we ship are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport.

Your product will be shipped via DHL upon receipt of payment, generally on the same business day. We will inform you by email about the expected delivery date and you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your order.

Customs authorization

The requirements that must be met for the export and import of goods differ by product and country. You won’t have to deal with considerable amount of documents – we can do this for you!

We have our own customs license and ensure that all documents are delivered as desired. Thanks to our expertise, we know the procedures from start to finish, so that customs matters can be handled quickly and in a timely manner.

We offer the following payment options to complete your order.

Prepayment by banktransfer

After placing your order, we will send you an email with the necessary information to pay for the order. After receipt of payment, we will process the order further and prepare it for pick-up or shipping.

Next to banktransfer, we also offer you to possibility to pay via PayPal (with additional fee).

Cash or debit card upon pick-up

When you pick up your order yourself in our store, you can pay by cash or debit card.

Trade-in

Buying new (or second hand) audio equipment can be a significant investment. Soundsale makes it easy: we make the investment in the equipment you want more interesting, by trading in your current audio system.

Lease
