If you found your product on our website, you can add the product easily to the shopping basket. Proceed to request a quote and we will contact you for personal and appropriate advice. Or just to take care of your order. But of course you can also call us!

We offer you several options to pay. On one hand via prepayment by banktransfer or PayPal (with additional fee). Or you pay when you pick up the products. In addition to paying in cash, you can also pay by debit card (no credit card).

All shipping couriers base shipping rates on a variety of factors including package size, package weight and destination country. Even shipping rates due to unforeseen delays or limited capacity can arise. Get in touch with us for a specified offer.

Yes. We offer the possibility to trade in your current audio equipment. Send us a list of your setup including some pictures. Based on these we will send you a non-binding offer.

We sell new pro audio equipment via our partner Audio Solvation. We share the same building, but with each a dedicated showroom for new and second-hand pro audio equipment. Have a look at www.audiosolvation.nl for more information.

If a product you have bought from us is faulty, our advice can help you get a repair quickly. Talk to an expert from our technical department via email or telephone to support. It’s very important that you respond promptly if you noticed a defect.

If your product meets the warranty conditions and the warranty period of 3 months has not elapsed, the product will be repaired free of charge. Returns are accepted only at our store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for outbound shipping and delivery charges.

No appointment is necessary to visit us, just drop by. We are always ready to welcome you with a smile and a coffee, tea or cold drink.

Yes, of course. Most of our equipment is demo ready in our showroom. If you want to experience a certain product or compare it with other alternatives, we are ready to give a personal demonstration. Book an appointment to make your visit the most effective.

If the product you are looking for is not on our website, please let us know. We might have occasions that are still in our quality control process and are therefore not yet online available. Or we can always look for a specific product via our international network.
