L-Acoustics delivers perfect sound for Rock The Fort starring Marc Martel
Asound deploys a pre-loved dv-DOSC system provided by Soundsale for Marc’s solo show in Malta
On Friday 14th June 2019, Marc Martel, who contributed vocal recordings for the Queen biographical film Bohemian Rhapsody, performed live a 2 hour rock show including all the greatest hits from Queen’s repertoire such as ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’, ‘Radio Ga Ga’ and ‘We Are The Champions’. ‘Spotlight Central’ described Marc as “It’s like having Freddie Mercury back!”.
Marc described his show in Malta as his biggest Queen show to date, not to mention one of the most memorable shows he played.
For this show, Malta based sound company Asound provided a L-Acoustic dv-DOSC system, which they recently purchased through Soundsale. The system included 12 dv-DOSC, 4 dv-SUB, 4 SB218 and two good old L-Acoustics Racks, completely filled with LA48’s.
The team of Asound was very happy with the L-Acoustics system and the “super fantastic service” from Soundsale. Owner of the company Asound, Stefan Gauci, had a great first experience with the system. “The system sounded super. The clarity is unbelievable, and the power is no joke, amazing.”
